Nick Aldis is known to most fans as Magnus from his time in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling.
Aldis began his career in 2003 at the age of 16 and made his wrestling debut in 2005 in a match against Doug Williams. Aldis would later team with Williams in TNA and the duo would end up capturing the TNA World Tag Team Championship on two occasions.
Aldis also captured the Tag Team Championship with partner Samoa Joe. Aldis’ list of championships also includes the TNA World Heavyweight Championship and the IWGP Tag Team Championship. Aldis is also known for his work outside of the ring most notably under the name “Oblivion” in the United Kingdom remake of the TV show “Gladiators.” He also appeared as a co-presenter on “Britain’s Strongest Man” on Challenge TV. He is engaged to Mickie James.
